Lions Club Mini Grand Prix: A Retrospective

KBEC participated in this year's Lions Club Mini Grand Prix in Downtown Waxahachie. We may not have won, but we did have a blast!

With the help of friends, family, the Waxahachie Police Department, and too many other folks to count, we survived the big race!  Our car and drivers got little banged up, but a lot of duct tape and a few bandages go a long way.  Although you should definitely check out our Facebook page for more, here are a few pictures to give you an idea of what went on:

Behold: the KBEC 1390 Car before too many crashes.

The contestants line up!

Here is the pit crew sending Mike Hill of Life and Money Matters back out into the race.

Thankfully, our drivers were in a somewhat better condition than the car after the race.

Once again, thank you to everyone who made this possible.  We hope to see everyone back out next year.  To the organizers of this year's race, we salute you for a great event!
