Heart of Texas Animal Rescue, along with the Expendables Motorcycle Club, is hosting a Poker Run on Saturday, September 23rd. It’s a 50/50 jar for the winning hand. Registration is at 10:00 AM at the Rockett Café in Waxahachie. The stops, in no particular order, will be Sugar Ridge Winery in Bristol, Big B’s Leather in Maypearl, SWFA in Midlothian, The Shop in Waxahachie, and back to Rockett Café by 4:00, where there will be a live auction, raffle prizes, food, drink, and live music. There will be a car and truck show from 4:00-7:00, with a 50/50 jar going to the winner. The number for more information is 817-480-2626.
