CCC Sale Returns to Longview With Deals for East Texas Families

The CCC Sale returns to the Maude Cobb Convention Center in Longview from Thursday, October 29 through Sunday, November 1, and East Texas families looking for deals on children’s clothing, toys, books, baby equipment, and furniture will want to mark the calendar. Admission changes by day, so a little planning goes a long way. Thursday’s Mom’s Night Out runs 5 to 9 p.m. at $35 per ticket with no children allowed. Friday offers paid early access at $25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., dropping to $10 from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday are free.

Sunday’s half-price day, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., is traditionally the moment to sweep in for the biggest savings on whatever remains. Shoppers should bring their own bags, and families can also sell gently used items their children have outgrown, which means the sale works from both sides of the table. For parents stretched by rising costs, a morning here can cover holiday gifts and everyday essentials in one trip.

For Waxahachie families, it’s an easy drive east on I-20, and worth pairing with a lunch in Longview. Sellers get cash out of the closets, buyers get quality items for a fraction of retail, and both come home ahead. Have you shopped a consignment sale before, and what’s your strategy, Thursday night or Sunday half price?
